We are pleased to partner with the City of Knoxville to present Drive-In at the Midway, sponsored by Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. This fall, the silver screen is coming to the Midway at Chilhowee Park for three great nights: October 9, 16, & 30.
And you get to pick the flicks! This year's line up will be chosen through a public vote from September 23-29.
Since 2004, the Library has been showing outdoor movies on Market Square to showcase its vast collection of music and movies. This year, due to COVID-19, we're making some changes. A drive-in is the perfect way to enjoy a great fall evening with the family, and the Midway at Chilhowee Park is the perfect location with room for 100+ cars.
How to make reservations
Once we've established the line up from the public vote, we'll open reservations on October 2. You'll need one ticket per vehicle for admission.
Drive-In at the Midway is made possible by Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union helps more than 158,000 members grow financially. The credit union has 19 locations throughout East Tennessee, including one in downtown Knoxville.

Each year, the lineup is decided by a community-wide vote. The vote will open from Sept 23-29. Come back on October 2 to see the winning lineup.
We strive to pick movies that are appropriate for a broad range of ages, but we recommend you read movie reviews to decide if a film is right for your family.
