In the heart of Barcelona sits a temple that is five generations in the making. Designed by architect Antoni Gaudi more than 135 years ago, construction is expected to be completed by 2026. Gaudi was a man of faith and a genius architect who broke all established rules to design the church of the future. Upon his death in 1926, his disciple Domenec Sugranyes assumed responsibility for the project.
