I thought that the book was good. It was complex and dramatic and I wanted to keep reading because I enjoyed the story-line. I only gave it one star because of the formatting. It reminded me a bit of a free verse poem and the text was all in the middle of the page or in seemingly random different places on the page. I read a book with similar formatting, but I enjoyed it more because it went back to a traditional formatting after a few chapters. There were also very few words per page and the dialogue was confusing because there were not any quotation marks around it, it was only italicized. It was hard to focus on at times and I think the formatting is what made me confused. I would have enjoyed the book more if it had been written like a normal book.
